What we want

One fund, not fifty fragments. Pool a share of the settlement into a single national, endowed, expert-led, independent prevention and education institution. Scale is what worked last time. Young people deserve the best campaign in the country, not the best campaign one state can build alone.

Write it into the next ones. The YouTube, TikTok and Snap settlements each carry the paragraph, the way tobacco’s did, so it’s permanent and company-funded, not dependent on goodwill.

Spend it on what the fight was about. Every dollar to the best possible prevention and education for young people. No highways, no budget holes, no plaques.
